Gemma Faux
Gemma Faux is the founder of Momentum Forged, a technology expert, strategist and entrepreneur bringing together technical depth, enterprise and commercial strategy, creative direction and brand architecture.
She began her career working across the creative industries, gaining experience within music, media, advertising, PR and fashion before co-founding an early internet venture backed by private angel investment. That entrepreneurial experience strengthened her commercial perspective before her career progressed into enterprise technology, from full-stack software development to enterprise solution design, global technology programme management, transformation and migration programmes.
Her experience spans enterprise technology, digital transformation, AI, innovation, brand development, design, R&D and strategic consulting, including nearly 15 years at EY delivering complex technology solutions and innovation R&D consulting for FTSE 100 companies. Gemma is also co-founder of TAIGATEC Ltd, an associated technology company specialising in AI, RPA and intelligent automation solutions.
Gemma’s work brings together technical foundations, commercial strategy, brand positioning and the digital signals that influence visibility to support sustainable growth.
Through Momentum Forged, she brings those disciplines together through specialist services including GlossGenie™, Ampacta™, MindedMedia™ and nth Momentum™, alongside strategic consulting in brand innovation, AI and R&D.
Beyond her consultancy work, Gemma mentors through Women in Tech® Global and Reed Women in Technology, and serves as a trustee of The Careers Office UK.
